We’re adding two Outside Sales Representatives to cover the Install, Production, Touring and Music Retail markets. One in So. California and one to cover So. Nevada and Arizona.

We  achieve success through customer service that leads to long term relationships and repeat business. This position is the principal point of contact for our customers within the assigned region.

Below is a list of duties and requirements for this position. 

  • Possess a working knowledge of the brands and core products represented in the region

  • Understand the fundamentals of regional sales management and customer relations as pertains to the Pro Audio and MI market segments

  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs

  • Own and operate a vehicle capable of carrying product samples for sale in the assigned region

  • Understand customers’ current needs and preferences and how our products compare to their current product choices

  • Demonstrate products and suggest applications with the goal of appropriately convincing customers of the viability of our products for their applications.

  • Add value to the product purchase process

  • Follow up on the order after placed

  • Inform dealer of delays

  • Suggest alternatives if the product is unavailable

  • Work with manufacturers to meet customer’s expectations

  • Train customer in the correct use of the product

  • Help dealers get return authorizations as appropriate

  • Maintain current account information as changes occur within your region and inform the office staff of changes

  • Open new accounts as appropriate and required to support the brands we represent without undermining the existing dealer network

  • Contribute to the team in other ways, to be determined, as may arise from time to time.
